HORWATH HTL appointed to prepare a Market Feasibility Study for the proposed resort. Anse Sévère consists of 450m of powder-fine, white sand beach nestled between two rocky headlands. It is one of the many breathtaking and secluded beaches on La Digue, which currently holds the honour of having the World's Best Beach as voted by National Geographic. The 35 acre estate behind the beach is owned privately and is to be developed as a 5 Star Luxury Resort & Spa by 2014. The planned development will include luxury private villas for sale and rent, breathtaking facilities set within lush tropical gardens as well as various types of accomodation for rent.
